I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were well maintained and exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. The friendly service, starting from the management down to the room service and housekeeping, really stood out. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and conveniently close to Egmore railway station. However, the dining experience, especially the salads, left something to be desired. The facilities overall were great, though there were some minor issues with noise levels at times.
